How do I call wedding customer support?
Once our wedding team contacts you to support your purchase process, you will receive a phone number to call us.
What elements are included in the Enjoy Flowers wedding packages?
Our packages include: bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, centerpiece, boutonnière, pin-on corsage and loose stems that you can use as decorative petals or to place in vases for elegant solo flower decorations on your dinner tables.
Do the centerpieces come with vases?
No, they don´t.
What items can I customize?
Ribbon color customization is included in our regular price.
Do you provide ceremonial or cocktail arrangements?
No, we don't provide them. However, we can send you additional loose stems for you to create other arrangements. Some of our centerpieces look great as ceremonial or cocktail arrangements as well!
Do you provide a sample of your product before the full shipment?
Yes, we can provide you with a sample of the bridal bouquet. You can coordinate shipment of the sample once our wedding experts starts to process your inquiry.
Do you provide personal wedding decoration?
Yes, we can provide personal consultation via Skype with our with our Head Floral Designer Hernando Salazar to help you decide on your wedding decorations. This service is offered at an additional fee.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
No, our prices include the shipment fee.

Certain promotional campaigns launched by Enjoy Flowers from time to time, such as Enjoy Flowers Wedding, may include materials, products or services from third parties. Such third-party offerings will be subject to their own terms of service and you agree to comply with all such terms of service. Enjoy Flowers does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, products or services. Enjoy Flowers is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of materials, products or services provided to you in connection with any third-party offerings. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third-party.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Your order must be complete 40 days before your wedding date.
When should I plan to have the flowers delivered for the big day?
If you are getting married on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your flowers the Wednesday before your wedding. Otherwise, we´ll arrange to send you the flowers 3 - 4 days in advance of your wedding. .
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Do you ship anywhere within the U.S.?
We ship to any state within the continental United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.
How should I unpack my flowers?
Please refer to our section “A Few Tips To Get Your Flowers Ready” for instructions for handling and caring for your flowers.
What do I need to prepare before my flowers arrive?
Make sure you have containers full of water to put your flowers in, pruning shears and vases for the table centerpieces.
How much time does it take to unpack flowers?
Depending on the size of your order, give yourself 30 minutes to one hour to unpack your flowers.
Do you send replacement stems in the package in case some flowers get damaged?
Yes, our packages include extra flowers that you can use to replace any damaged ones.
What forms of payment for you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards or Paypal. 70% is due at the time of order placement with the remaining 30% due 30 days before your wedding. Sales Tax will be added where applicable.
What is your refund policy if for some reason I need to cancel my order?
If you cancel you order up to 30 days before your scheduled shipment date, we'll refund 80% of the total value of your order. If you cancel between 30 days and 8 days before your scheduled shipment date, we´ll refund you 70% of the total value of your order. Once you order has been shipped, we are unable to offer any refunds on your purchase.
What happens if my order arrives in bad condition?
If you have any problem when you receive your flowers, please call us immediately and we will replace any damaged product with an overnight delivery.
To insure a high level of quality and product, we reserve the right to make appropriate floral substitutions when necessary. In this case, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and the flowers of equivalent value will be used.
We may take photographs of our floral designs for your wedding or event and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without any compensation to you.
In the unlikely event of total failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any circumstances resulting from any act of God, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the value of the contract.
